We will gladly file claims for all insurance companies to assist you in receiving your maximum benefits.

Payment for service is requested at the time of treatment.

If you direct your insurance company to pay its share of the fee directly to our office,

you need only pay the estimated portion of our fees not covered by your insurance plan at the time of treatment.

Please keep in mind that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and not a substitute for payment.

The patient is ultimately responsible for the cost of the treatment.
